LinkDiary respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using the LinkDiary mobile application and related LinkDiary services.

When you create a LinkDiary account, we may collect:

Authentication is provided using Firebase Authentication.
Profile Information
You may voluntarily add information to your LinkDiary profile, including:

- WhatsApp or other communication links

- Profile appearance and theme preferences
Providing most profile information is optional.
Public Profile Information
If you choose to make your LinkDiary profile public, information you place on your public profile may be visible to anyone who accesses your LinkDiary page.

- Profile image

- Occupation or business

You are responsible for deciding what information you make publicly available.
You can change your profile information or make your LinkDiary private through your account settings where that option is available.
2. Profile Images
LinkDiary currently does not require users to upload profile image files directly to LinkDiary storage.
Instead, users may provide a URL pointing to an image hosted on another website or service.
When LinkDiary displays an externally hosted image, the website hosting that image may receive technical information from your device, such as your IP address, browser information or device information, according to that website's own privacy practices.
You should only use image URLs that you have permission to use.
3. Information Processed Automatically
Certain technical information may be processed automatically when you use LinkDiary or its underlying services.
This may include:
- IP address
- Browser or device information
- User-agent information
- Authentication activity
- Security and abuse-prevention information
- Technical information needed to deliver the service
Some of this information may be processed by Google Firebase in connection with authentication, database access, security and service delivery.

5. Firebase and Service Providers
LinkDiary uses services provided by Google Firebase, including:

Firebase helps LinkDiary provide account authentication, user management and database functionality.
Google may process certain information on our behalf as a service provider or data processor in accordance with Google's applicable Firebase privacy and data-processing terms.
Information processed through Firebase may be stored or processed using Google infrastructure in different locations depending on the Firebase service being used.
6. Advertisements
LinkDiary may display advertisements selected and managed by the LinkDiary administrator.
Advertisements may appear in different parts of the application, including:

- LinkDiary directories
- Public profile pages
- User dashboards
- Other designated advertising areas
Advertisements may contain:
- Text
- Images
- Promotional information
- Links to third-party websites or services
When you select an advertisement, you may be redirected to a third-party website or service.
LinkDiary is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, products, services or content of third-party advertisers or websites.

7. Third-Party Links
LinkDiary profiles are designed to contain links to third-party services.
These may include links to:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Telegram
- X
- Personal websites
- Business websites
- Other online services
When you follow one of these links, you leave LinkDiary and become subject to the privacy practices and terms of the third-party service.
LinkDiary does not control how those third parties collect, use or protect information.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent users' personal information.

Information you intentionally publish on a public LinkDiary profile can be viewed by other people.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by trusted service providers that help operate LinkDiary, including Google Firebase.

However, no internet-based system, mobile application or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Data Retention
We generally retain account and profile information for as long as your LinkDiary account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
When you delete your LinkDiary account, we aim to permanently remove the account data associated with your LinkDiary account, including applicable profile information, links and account records, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or technical retention requirements.
Third-party service providers may retain limited technical logs, security information or backups for periods governed by their own policies and legal obligations.
Information that has already been independently copied, saved or shared by another person may remain outside LinkDiary's control.
11. Account and Data Deletion
LinkDiary allows registered users to request deletion of their account and associated data.
Deleting Your Account Inside LinkDiary
A signed-in user can initiate account deletion through:
Dashboard → Account → Delete My Account
For security purposes, you may be required to re-enter your password and confirm that you intend to permanently delete the account.
Account deletion may remove information including:
- Your LinkDiary profile
- Your public LinkDiary page
- Your username reservation
- Your saved links
- Your LinkDiary account record
- Your Firebase Authentication account
Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot normally be reversed.

Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account while avoiding sending your password or other sensitive credentials by email.
12. Administrator Moderation and Removal
LinkDiary administrators may suspend or remove profiles, links, advertisements or other content that violates LinkDiary policies, applicable law, security requirements or the rights of other users.
Administrators may also delete LinkDiary profile content from the service where necessary for moderation, abuse prevention, account management or legal compliance.
13. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- Access certain information about your account
- Correct inaccurate profile information
- Update your profile
- Remove links
- Make your profile private where supported
- Delete your LinkDiary account
- Request deletion of associated personal data

14. Children's Privacy
